Following a successful  career, winning many national and international awards, Joseph Singerman embarked upon a communications career working as Director of External Communications (Bombardier Aerospace), and Director of Media Relations (Alcan Inc).

He is also a trainer and lecturer at the Defence Public Affairs Learning Centre in OttawaHe teaches military officers from Canada and NATO countries, the fine art of crisis communications, crafting important messages and dealing with crisis.

Through his broadcasting and corporate career, Mr. Singerman has lectured in journalism and communications, first  at John Abbott College,  Concordia University, and as a guest lecturer at Meiji University, Hiroshima Japan, at the Graduate School of International Relations.
