Essential Yin Detox

This practice is designed to promote healing and purification throughout the body with the use of essential oils, breath work and yin yoga. We will incorporate hands on adjustments that allow you to relax further into your practice.
Yin yoga helps to stimulate the meridian lines of the body, bringing balance and purification to the organs. Mentally, stillness and silence of the practice will help to detox your mind.
Our breath is the key way that our bodies detoxify. We will use essential oils combined with breathwork to help boost your immune system and calm the nervous system.
Each student will be given a sample detox blend to take home.
