Event description
Calgary Chapter of CPAs invites the CPA Alberta members and candidates to join Justin as he discusses accountants' compensation transparency

About this event

Ethics - Accountants' compensation transparency image

Pay transparency, like many ethical issues, is controversial. However, Justin will make the ethical, empirical, and business case that the benefits outweigh the costs and organizations should increase pay transparency. Moreover, Justin proposes that changes to compensation and reporting of compensation can have unique positive benefits for accountants and accounting firms regarding gender inequality.
