Workshop Description:
A focus group is a group interview of 6 to 12 people who share similar characteristics or common interests. Focus groups are useful for gathering rich information on the perspectives, insights, attitudes, experiences, and beliefs of key stakeholders. This session will explore when to use focus groups, how to structure them, and how to facilitate them effectively.
