Event description

Description

Using the book entitled, Forming Intentional Disciples by Sherry Weddell, this 2-day workshop is the second half of the lay leadership workshop held in the fall of 2016. The focus, once again, will be effective parish-based evangelization.

MISSED PART-1, NO WORRIES, YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND PART-2.

If you are interested in learning about last year’s presentation, you will be able to catch up by reading the book (Forming Intentional Disciples) prior to the workshop. Books and Study Guides are for sale through the Diocesan Resource Centre.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP…If you answer yes to any of the following questions, this workshop is for you:

Would you like to part of bringing to our parishes…

· More enthusiastic worshippers?
· Lapsed Catholics returning to the practice of faith?
· Growth in stewardship and giving?
· Parents actively passing on the faith to their children?
· Faith formation classes filled with eager participants?
· New ministry leaders?
· More priestly and religious vocations?
· A vibrant, life-changing RCIA process?

Making Disciples is the workshop that helps parishes to discover their path to becoming parishes of intentional disciples.
