Are you planning community events or activities this summer? Learn how to plan, organize, coordinate, and host successful events!

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of event planning from start to finish. Kelly Holland, the facilitator is an experienced master planner. She will guide you through the planning process step-by-step with important factors to consider.

- Learn fundamentals of planning different types of events and activities
- Set goals and a timeline for planning
- Know critical tasks and prioritize the steps
- Learn various ways to promote your events
- Manage set-up and take-down efficiently
- Provide proactive on-site support
- Learn how to evaluate the success of the event

Participants will receive practical instructions and tools and have the opportunity to apply the skills through scenario-based learning.
