Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class - Kelowna, BC - JULY 3rd, 2023 Start

This class is in a HYBRID format. For the first 4 weeks we will meet by ZOOM then in the last week we will meet IN PERSON for the Comfort Measures/Labour Rehersal Class!

(If you are attending from outside the Okanagan - I can make arrangements for a private/semi-private final class on ZOOM)

July 3rd - Orientation + Week 1 Material on ZOOM - 6:30-8:30PM PST

July 10th - Week 2 Material on ZOOM - 6:30-8PM PST

July 17th - Week 3 Material on ZOOM - 6:30-8PM PST

July 24th - Week 4 Material on ZOOM - 6:30-8PM PST

July 31st - Comfort Measures/Labour Rehersal - IN PERSON - Location TBD

**Video material is covered by students, independently each week, prior to each of the live zoom classes, then brought together for a personalized Q&A, in depth discussion and personalization of the material as needed.

Basic Ticket:

- $289 - Includes 3 months of access to the online portion of the class, a digital workbook, 5 class sessions, and mentoring from your EBB instructor, Anna Marie. One ticket covers you and a partner, with an extra support person welcome to the final in-person class!

Add Ons:

- $15 - Additional 3-Months of access to the online content (helpful if you are taking the class early in your pregnancy, or want the postpartum videos for a bit longer)

- $35 - PHYSICAL copy of the workbook (spiral bound)

- $69 - 1 Hour One-on-One ZOOM session with Instructor Anna Marie to go over any personalized questions, your birth plan or anything else your heart desires!

* Benefit from “Flipped Classroom” experience - Accommodates your learning style and busy schedules.  In between the weekly group classes, take your learning anywhere by viewing the dynamic video modules brought to you by Rebecca Dekker, PhD., founder of Evidence Based birth® at your own convenience.  They are divided into manageable weekly segments, keeping you on track. 

* Weekly Online Group Classes with your EBB® Instructor - Enjoy even more flexibility and convenience!  Both you and your partner will have the ability to attend the group meets virtually, from anywhere, on any laptop or mobile device (video chat).  This allows you a chance to ask questions and reflect on your learning!

* The last class includes comfort measures rehearsal with bonus of bringing along one additional family member, friend or doula!  All enjoyed in a relaxed environment. 

* Gain Personal Mentorship -  Anna Marie Gierach, is a birth doula, childbirth educator and pregnancy, postpartum and infant chiropractor in the Okanagan who will be bringing connection and passion about empowering your birth!
