Creating a VISION BOARD for your future is a lot more than just cutting out pictures in magazines.

In this online workshop, we will dive deep and explore what you REALLY want for your future - not what your family wants, not what the Jones' next door want, not what your kids want or your partner wants...what YOU want!

Vision Boards are very personal and this workshop is all about YOU!

The Vision Board Workshop will:

- identify what is truly important to you & why

- uncover the emotions that drive your future desires

- explain WHY vision boards work & HOW to use them (YES! There is a scientific reason.)

- outline what obstacles will keep you from achieving your Vision

- give you the tools to use to make your Vision Board a reality

- create your own personal Vision Board

Join me for 2 nights online and create a VISION for YOUR life!

NIGHT 1:

We discover what you want your future to include, connect to the emotions behind it, learn why & how vision boards work and the obstacles that get in your way. Homework will be to complete your vision board by the next class.

NIGHT 2:

We explore more tools around how to make your Vision Board a reality and share the Vision Boards that we created. We also learn how colour is represented on the boards and what the colours mean, which provides great insight into what is also important to you.

MATERIALS REQUIRED:

- Foam Core Board (20" x 30"), white or black (can purchase at the Dollar Store or any craft supply store)

- Magazines

- Stickers that inspire you or make you happy when you look at them (images, abstracts, words) - optional

- Scissors

- Glue Stick

- Pen & Notebook

- Photo of yourself (just you) where you are really happy
