Come chat with fellow leaders of African descent from different organizations about how your Business Resource Group can help you advance!

About this event

--------

So, you’ve joined an Afro BRG/Black professional network - or are thinking of joining or even creating one. You've been having those BIG conversations which seemed impossible until recently.

But - *reality check* - as you've probably noticed, getting an entire organization to see and do things differently is no walk in the park. And the bigger it is, the tougher it is to change course.

Why does leading a BRG feel like a job and a half - maybe even two?

How do you get support within the organization to ensure your efforts have lasting impact?

And... (yes, don't be afraid to ask)

...what kind of formal recognition should you expect for your outstanding intrapreneurship?

----

Whether you sought this leadership opportunity on your own or you were inspired by a colleague, you’re now in a position to help yourself, your colleagues, your organization and your community.

Join our quarterly chat with fellow leaders across different organizations about how to maximize the impact of Business Resource Groups with your colleagues of African descent (often called "employee resource groups", or "affinity groups").

Enjoy an empowering virtual space to share your insights with your peers! These are tough times, but hopefully we'll laugh much more than we cry. Bring a drink!

--------
