Description

The 4 session workshop series will provide students with specific tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety. Students have been sharing their increased success in utilizing the skills they have learned in previous workshops that help with preparing for exams and other situations where anxiety may occur.

If anxiety negatively impacts your academic performance, please consider attending. The sessions will provide you with knowledge, skills and tools that will benefit you both during your university years and after you begin your career. This workshop starts on Tuesday, October 15 at 11:00am and will be held every Tuesday at 11:00am for the next 3 weeks. You will be registering to attend all 4 sessions (October 15, October 22, October 29, & November 5). Each session is 50 minutes.
