About Knight's Cabin
Our mission of Knight’s Cabin is to provide healing retreats and ongoing support to those affected by cancer. Each retreat offers practical research-based counselling and awareness sessions for participants with the end goal of increasing physical activity, improving nutrition, supporting sleep management and assisting with how to effectively deal with stress. This is achieved within a supportive community of other survivors in a collective effort to prevent cancer recurrence. Our team at Knight’s Cabin works hard to ensure that finances are not a barrier for participants at our retreats, and we are able to do so thanks to generous donations and support from our sponsors.
