But with warmer weather comes heat and humidity, which can make it difficult to exercise outdoors. While exercising in the heat is generally safe for most people, taking a few extra precautions will help you stay cool and keep you safe from experiencing problems associated with the heat.
This workshop is led by Gareth Nock, who is a wealth of knowledge from many years as a coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and many leadership roles.
He has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, presented at multiple conventions and workshops, alongside coaching over 15,000 hours 'on the floor'!
In his currently role he oversees small group training at Goodlife Fitness in Canada, one of the largest chains of gyms, worldwide!
