This application form is for eco-friendly food and product vendors; including artisanal and packaged food producers who promote options like local, organic, fair trade and vegetarian food. Exhibitors promoting other sustainability products and services to consumers are also welcome to apply.

Small Business vs Corporate tickets

Early-bird registration - before April 30

Live Green Card businesses
Live Green Card participating businesses are eligible for a 15% discount on exhibitor fees. To learn more about the Live Green Card program, click here. Application Review & Approval Process
All exhibitor applications are subject to review and approval by the City of Toronto. Exhibitors must offer eco-friendly products, services, programs, and/or educational information relevant to Toronto residents. Applications are reviewed in batches, so do not be concerned if you do not hear back from us right away. If your application is rejected, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days of the confirmation date.
- All cancellations must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancellations received on or before July 2 will receive a refund of 50% of the base fee paid.
- Cancellations received after July 2 are not eligible for a refund.
