Amin Panjwani

An entrepreneurial leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in delivering large enterprise wide technology and business initiatives. Successful track record of building Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Implementing Agile Delivery Frameworks in Tier 1 organizations. Amin lectures at the University of Toronto on Project Management topics and develops the course curriculum, he has recently updated the PMO course with an emphasis on Strategy Execution.

Annie Tharani

Currently the Global Director of Recruitment Operations with US Tech Solutions. She has been spearheading various MSP and Non MSP clients and managing recruitment programs for various other small and medium size organizations. She is an expert in providing consultation and has been an advisor to senior leaders, program partners, and stakeholders on strategic talent management.

Syeda Kabir

  • Syeda is a former international student
  • HR professional with experience in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, talent strategy, training/development and compensation

Denis Gravelle, BA, MEd

Denis is the Chief Strategist at Devant, a subsidiary of Academica Group, leading career and skills development projects in collaboration with industry and academia. Denis has led workforce development projects focusing on newcomers and international students.


Zohra Lakhani, BA, MEd

Zohra is an educator and international development practitioner. Zohra pursued her BA in International Development Studies at UCLA and completed her MEd at OISE University of Toronto. She has worked on several international projects which include 21st Century Skills development, curriculum reform, higher education policy, citizenship, peacebuilding, and refugee education.
