About this event
Ever wonder what the robots sent to Mars are up to?
February 18th marks two years since the Mars Perseverance rover landed on the red planet. Perseverance was sent as part of the Mars Exploration Program. In this program robots are gathering information about the planet, are looking for potential resources (like water), and are studying the weather. All of their findings will help prepare future astronauts to live and work on Mars.
Join us as we check-in on those robots, and find out what they have discovered.
During this 60-minute live Zoom webinar participants will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions.
The webinar will incorporate big ideas and content from British Columbia’s science curriculum and is designed for 7-11 year olds.
We will be broadcasting from Vancouver, BC, Canada at 10:30am PDT.

Tickets to register for the Zoom live stream are $8.00 + taxes and fees, and capacity is limited.
