Curious about Mindfulness?

Join us for Exploring Mindfulness, a Half-Day Meditation Retreat for University of Toronto Students.

Hosted by Dr. Susitna Banerjee and the Multi-Faith Centre

  • Learn mindfulness skills that can help manage stress, improve academic performance, and increase life satisfaction.

  • Experience traditional silent practice

  • Try seated meditation, walking meditation, yoga, body scan and mindful eating

  • Enjoy a complimentary vegetarian lunch

This program is open to current University of Toronto students from all three campuses. Please bring your student i.d.

Please wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing your own yoga mat if you have one.
