Event description

Description

We're thrilled to bring together HR experts from Germany, Canada and Australia to explore the next generation of performance management.

We all know that ongoing feedback is needed, managers could do better and pay should be separated from performance so why is it so hard? How can we move towards human-friendly and effective performance management that is worth everyones effort?

Join us for a special evening meet up featuring a combination of panel discussion and facilitated break out session. You'll get to learn from our experts and in groups dig deeper into topics like performance reviews, emotional leadership, hacking pay and performance and making goals work. On a summarsing panel, we'll discuss the biggest challenges, interesting approaches we've seen work and explore what the next generation of performance management looks like.

Enjoy complimentary food and drinks while learning from peers and sharing your thoughts! And if you know anyone interested in this topic, please bring them along!
