Don't know the difference between a Profile, a Group, and a Page? Wondering how to run your first Facebook Ad? Desperate to find content for your Page? Bring your beginner questions to this workshop, where we'll walk through the basics of Facebook Pages for non-profits. Topics will include setting up a basic ad campaign, best practices for post content, and how to use your limited time efficiently.
Rose Jang is a non-profit administrator who has worked at arts festivals and cultural institutions across the country. Her love for arts festivals has manifested in contracts at the Victoria Fringe Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, and Victoria Film Festival. A graduate of Camosun College's Applied Communication Program, she interned at the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal as their first ever webmaster and social media manager, where she conducted interviews over Twitter with festival headliners. She currently works on website content management and social media at Camosun College.
