This learning lab is designed as an opportunity to develop savvy and skills in basic facilitation. The design reflects a belief in the importance of participatory and experiential learning.
The lab will draw on James Pratt’s 22 years of experience as a consulting facilitator. Exercises will include designing and facilitating sessions, with plenty of opportunity for Q&A and discussion.
Specific objectives are to:
Explore participant experiences with facilitation of groups (meetings, workshops, dialogue sessions, etc.)
Discuss basic facilitation tips
Practice designing and facilitating sessions
Have fun learning - in a supportive, positive environment!
