It's Back! 10C's Fail Night IV features the Making Box Brigade and guests from the social change sector! Join in this fun and inspiring night to laugh at our failures, shake them off and bring a new level of commitment to your work.

This year, we are diving into the waters of the non-profit and charitable sector whose team members not only work in less risk-tolerant environments but also have a lot to lose if a project 'fails'.

We will:

• explore the often tense relationship of risk, fear and failure in our projects and,
• embrace the tension and figure out ways to create measurable impact and,
• recognize our sometimes colossal failures as ultimately steps in this process of innovation.

This will be an interactive and fun night. The Making Box Brigade will set the stage with some sparks of inspiration and will get us laughing, thinking and connecting. Sit back and watch, or participate. This event is introvert and extrovert friendly! For the first time, we'll be hosting in our very own 4th floor Community Classroom so bring your friends!

As always, there will be snacks and refreshments with local craft beverages from our friends at Wellington Brewery and Royal CIty Brewing Co.
