Get ready to challenge your body from head-to-toe in this exhilarating 60-minute group workout that combines both cardio and strength training to tone and tighten. No boredom here! Each class will be a different style, guaranteed to burn maximum calories. We like to keep you guessing. You’ll move around to a number of different stations – using a combination of body weight exercises and portable equipment (dumbbells, stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, etc.) while working at your own intensity. Class can be modified to suit all ability levels. Sweat, test your own strength and feel great!
