Description

Fall Harvest with Chef Chris.

- Butternut Squash & Pear Soup – crème fraiche and white truffle oil.

- Ratatouille Stack – eggplant, zucchini, portabella mushroom and tomato, stacked and roasted with balsamic and fresh herbs.


- MAIN COURSE:

o Roast Leg of Lamb – with apricot and pine nut stuffing, crusted with fresh herbs.

o Spinach Nudi – ricotta and spinach dumplings in brown butter sage sauce.

o Heirloom Carrots – with thyme and shallots.


- Chocolate & Toffee Pudding – whipped cream.

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store. Payment is required when you register - visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. (604) 939-6200. We require 72 hours notice if you can't make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place.
