All participants will be asked to complete the online screening and show proof of a passed screen to the Family Centre Fox Hollow Community Connector at sign in (see link below). You can use your device to show the passed result or a screen shot of the passed result. If anyone in your family is displaying symptoms, please do not attend playgroup and monitor at home.

Family Centre Fox Hollow is now operating under the ORANGE Level, capacity limits remain in place. • For parents and children ages 0-6 years old. We cannot accommodate older children at this time.

• Only families can register at this time.

• Home childcare providers licensed or unlicensed cannot attend at this time as advised by the MLHU, as related to Child Care Reopening: Operational Guidance during Covid-19 (not mixing cohorts/groups).
