Led by Dawn, a registered social worker & yoga teacher, Family Connect is a playful class designed to build connection within your family unit- whatever that looks like!
The drop-in fee includes one adult and up to 3 children (it's also included in all studio memberships)
No previous yoga experience is required - everyone from infants to great grandparents are welcome!
