•Opening time for this event is 7:30 pm - you are able to line up as early as 7:00 pm

Good to know:

•Only ticket holders for this event will be allowed to enter Galaxyland for the duration of the event.

•There is a limit of 700 tickets available for this event. A busy day at Galaxyland would see more than 2000 people - so this is a very low capacity event for this facility. Keeping the number of attendees down means shorter lines and more fun!

•General weekend admission to Galaxyland is regularly $54/person so this is a great deal!

•Your email from Eventbrite with your payment receipt is not your ticket for entry. You need physical tickets from the event holder to be granted entry to the event. You can select how you'd like to receive your ticket at checkout (mail-out option or physical pick up)

Tickets:

Tickets are $29.99 each (This is approximately half the price of regular admission!) + GST and small Eventbrite fee.

**Kids 2 and under are FREE and do not need tickets**

Ticket options:

Mail-out tickets purchased by April 15 will be mailed to your home directly via Canada Post - be sure to include your correct contact information and mailing address when purchasing your tickets if you are choosing to have them mailed to you.

Pick-up tickets mean you are choosing to pick up your physical tickets instead of having them mailed out. Pick up is in Northwest Edmonton. If you choose this option, you will receive an email to arrange a pick up day/time with the event organizer.

All tickets need to be picked up within two weeks of the event. If you have not received your tickets by April 15, 2022, please contact the event organizer ASAP.

You need the exclusive West Edmonton Mall printed physical tickets to be granted entry; there is no exception to this.

WEM regulations:

-All family members over the age of 2 will require a ticket to enter the Waterpark, whether they plan to use the rides or not. 

-No outside food or beverages are allowed

-Children 11 or older do not need to be accompanied by an adult; children 7-10 years of age must be accompanied by a person 16 years or older; children 0-6 years old must be accompanied/actively supervised by a person 18 years or older and within arms reach at all times

Tickets to this event need to be pre purchased; they will NOT be available at the door on the day of the event. Once tickets are sold out, there will be no more available so it is suggested to buy early before they are all gone!

West Edmonton Mall is in charge of admittance, staff and security. If there are any questions about mall rules, policies or current health measures in place, please contact West Edmonton Mall directly with your questions/concerns.

**Please note that the Eventbrite emails will not be accepted in replacement for physical tickets for entry on the day of the event. WEM employees are responsible for granting entry and you need the physical West Edmonton Mall tickets to give to them when you go in. They do not make any exceptions to this.
