Join fellow farmers for this free event discussing farm safety!
Open to all farm families in the wider region, as well as your farm workers
Fred Young, local farm safety consultant with Workplace Safety and Prevention Services, will be speaking about the risks associated with working alone on a farm. He will focus on how to access help in a rural environment and will also discuss the importance of being prepared based on your own farm surroundings.
The presentation will last about 45 minutes and time will be allotted for questions.
The meeting will be held virtually by Zoom.

Once you have an account, you'll be able to join a call by simply clicking on the link you receive for the meeting, and then clicking on "join from your browser". You won't need to sign in. You can choose to "join with video" (where people can see you) or not. It is also easiest to select "join with computer audio" and the sound comes through your computer. You're in!
