Event Details

Be prepared to have fun, laugh, reflect and regroup and gain some new insights with Jeff and his team! This will not be your ordinary, hum-drum training - you will leave feeling recharged and ready to make some real change in your life or for those that you work with and support.

Jeff will lead you through the fundamentals of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) while sharing his own personal insights, expertise and a-ha! moments. The training is communicated in a deliberately ‘jargon-free’, down to earth style which will ensure that every attendee leaves knowing they can make positive changes in the way they understand, interpret and live/work with individuals affected by FASD.

Topics covered include: understanding brain dysfunction, primary and secondary disabilities, a model for providing appropriate accommodations, sensory integration and the four key's to success that every FASD caregiver and ally must know about.

Meet your Host:

Jeff Noble is the Founder and CEO of NI Logo, an organization that provides hope and education to people caring for someone living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) through online applications and in-person training sessions, demonstrations and consultations. Jeff writes all the blogs. He answers all the emails and he’s pretty much the leader of the whole operation.

Tara Soucie is the Creative Strategist and she’s the brains behind the operation. Tara is the second set of eyes. She looks over all the information, corrects the grammar and loves to interact and learn from caregivers as much as Jeff does. By day, Tara is a Mental Health Counsellor and FISH! facilitator.
 Jeff and Tara

Oh ya - they were foster parents, too!
