Event description
THIS 3-HOUR WORKSHOP TEACHES YOU HOW TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR FEARS AND BUILD COURAGE TO MOVE PAST THEM. TAUGHT BY A MENTAL HEALTH COACH.

About this Event

Do you struggle with fear and anxiety? Do fear and anxiety prevent you from doing the things you want to do? What would it mean to you if you could relate to these emotions in a healthier way, where you're no longer controlled by these emotions?

This workshop will teach you that way.

By the end of this workshop you will learn the tools and techniques that will help you move past your fears and accomplish the things you're afraid of. You'll also learn the meaning of fear and why it keeps coming up in your life.

Through conversations, sharing, self-reflection, and planning you will learn to look at your fear from a different point of view, to see fear as a window into the unknown.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn to identify the cause of your fear whether it's fear of change or fear of failure.
  • Develop an understanding of why your fear is coming up and what it can teach you.
  • Learn to approach your fear and relate to it in a healthy way.
  • Make a plan to address one significant fear in your life.
  • Meet online after the workshop to help you apply the lessons you learn.

Bonus: An online meeting will take place after the workshop to help support you in putting the lessons into practice. This will be a group meeting that is open to all students and is included in the price of the workshop.

This workshop is taught by someone who's been there and has struggled with paranoia and fear. Someone who learned to relate to his fears in a healthier, more compassionate approach, has found relief, and is now living a happier life.

You could walk away from this workshop with a sense of hope, awareness, or even perhaps, a sense of appreciation for your fears. After all, your fears are there for a reason, why not learn from them and use them to make a positive change?

Come prepared to connect, share, learn, listen, and let go of fears that are preventing you from living a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

EARLY-BIRD PRICE FOR THE FIRST 5 PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER FOR THIS WORKSHOP.
