February 1 Virtual Information Session

Passages Centre for Self-Directed Learning is a democratic community of youth aged 11-18. A learning centre to create a meaningful educational experience personalized to each learner.

At Passages Centre young people design their education to create an experience based on their interests and passions.

We offer classes, workshops, excursions and more.

Who joins Passages Centre?

• young people bored in school or who resist going to school
• homeschoolers/unschoolers who want a solid peer group
• families who want an alternative approach to education and see the benefits of a freedom-based education
• neurodiverse youth who haven't found a space in the mainstream school system
• 2SLGBTQIA+ youth wanting a space where they feel at home

This information session will give you an overview of Passages Centre, what self-directed learning is and how we support Learners to reach their goals.
