About this Event
This 2-part workshop series will explain the value of learning to self-generate preferred feeling states. Hopefully the more aware we become of ourselves as vibrating feeling beings, the more we'll begin to take control of the feeling journey we're on.
We'll begin this workshop with a simple questionnaire to get a sense of your commitment level to your emotional state.
Then we'll get into:
- the benefits of being constantly conscious of how you're feeling
- ways to stay increasingly mindful & responsive to your feelings
- using past experiences to recall high feeling states
- using your imagination to create NEW feeling highs
- choosing an ideal feeling state as your home base
A homework assignment will be given to increase your level of self-awareness to help you become a better feeling generator, regardless of what's happening around you.
Ultimately one of the main goals of this workshop is to inspire you to be more mindful of staying in your best feeling flow.
