Join us as we team up with co-owner and head chef Brad Hendrickson of Biota Fermentation for a fun and informative evening on fermentation. In this workshop we will learn the benefits of fermentation, what goes into making your own small bath of sauerkraut, enjoy some fresh snacks and drinks as well as your own jar of sauerkraut to take home!

What you get from this workshop:

  • 1L sauerkraut to take home

  • Seasonings for your custom sauerkraut

  • 1L glass fermentor with pickle pipe and fermentation stone
