Fermentation: How to Make Kombucha

As part of our Gleneagles, Homesteader’s mini series, join Andrea Potter of Rooted Nutrition in a Kombucha making workshop. Learn about what the health benefits of kombucha. Andrea will guide you through the steps so you can make it at home and and how to create your own flavours. As part of the class you will make your own jar of kombucha to take home.

Instructor: Andrea Potter

Andrea Potter is a Chef and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. As an educator, she is passionate about supporting health-motivated cooks to make informed healthy choices that start with vibrant, delicious, practical recipes and culinary techniques. Her work helps people integrate healthy foods into their everyday, transforming personal health, community health and through supporting organic and local food systems- the health of the planet.
