Come and join Edible Canada for our 2nd Annual Festival Under The Bridge!
Last year it was all about the food trucks…this year we are on the Olympic bandwagon with the advent of Edible Canada House!!
Tucked underneath the Granville Street Bridge in the heart of Granville Island, this Canadian-themed festival is part of CMHC’s famous 9th Annual Winterruption Festival. It will feature numerous Canadian inspired, mouth-watering food stations; Cheesy Perogies, Bison Chili, Alberta Beef Brisket & Maple Flapjacks to name a few, all paired with some of our favorite local beers from Granville Island Brewing, and of course Canadian wines!
And while eating and drinking is what inspires us, let’s not forget to mention that this will be the hottest place to watch the Winter Games! Come and join 650+ of your friends at a time watching 3 large projection screens showcasing the best of the Olympics (both live and taped), plus other fun entertainment including DJ’s and live bands throughout the weekend!

The event will run all day and into early mornings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will be family friendly as well with a play area and face painting by the Granville Island Toy Company.
So break out your plaid shirts, jackets and toques and cozy on up around our giant projection screens, enjoy some amazing Canadian food and beverages and then party the night away with all of the other crazy Olympic enthusiasts in Vancouver with our lineup of bands and DJ’s.
And don’t forget, this is also Valentine’s weekend, so what better way to celebrate in truly Canadian style!
EDIBLE CANADA TO HOST ROAD HOCKEY GAME FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY TO CELEBRATE THE END OF DINE OUT VANCOUVER AND A BUSY VALENTINE’S WEEKEND!
Edible Canada team will be creating a road hockey rink on Granville Island and we are inviting all hospitality industry to come down and join us for a fun filled evening of pick up road hockey, fueled by beverages and comfort food! Starting at 9pm on Sunday night (Feb. 16th) and running until midnight, this industry gathering is the perfect way to celebrate the successes and stresses of Dine Out Vancouver as well as what will likely prove to be a crazy Valentine’s Day weekend.
