About this event
Twist and pop! In this class we will be adding a twist or two to your favourite bubbles to showcase classic sparkling wine cocktails from regions around the world. Learn a little about what makes the bubbles special and how mixologists have created POP-ular cocktails that add a unique twist to the various styles. We will also be featuring some Christmas cocktails for the holiday & entertaining season.
