Diversity, equity and inclusion are core to social work practice. This work requires practitioners to engage in ongoing learning and unlearning regarding specific issues of equity/diversity and an ability to navigate across a spectrum of power/privilege/marginalization issues, while maintaining and producing a positive learning edge and effective professional practice which can be hard to do well! This dynamic and interactive workshop will help to support your work in this area in an open and respectful environment.
