As a graduate engineer with an MBA degree, 35 years of business experience and a decade of coaching practice, he brings a broad perspective of what it takes to create, build, sustain and grow a successful business.

What can you learn from John: during his presentation John will discuss the opportunities to create new referrals from your current client/customer base - the people who already know you, like you and trust you.


Why Dele? Dele has been a BNI Executive Director and business coach for almost 5 years. Dele combines his expertise in referral marketing with experience in professional engineering and management across a variety of industries to deliver impactful coaching for his clients. Dele has trained hundreds of business owners on proactive referral generation, and effective networking strategies. He has been a speaker for several local organizations including; CREB, BusinessLink, Entrepreneurial CPA’s of Calgary, Public Business Accountants of Alberta & Scotia Bank.
