Participate in this interactive workshop if you
- experience stress often

- notice your attention span shortening

- feel disconnected from your body
- experience eye strain or repetitive strain injuries
- are worried you spend too much time in front of a screen
In this 2.5 hour, introductory workshop you will
- Learn about the latest research on the effects our devices have on us
- Have awareness on the current state of your relationship to devices
- Reflect on your personal case for creating balance
- Activate your body-mind connection
and gain the following Benefits
- Have less stress, more time and better sleep
- Have support from a like minded community
- Take home an actionable list of tips and practices for finding digital balance
What to wear/ bring:
- Please wear yoga or other loose clothes as there will be movement practice
- Please bring a water bottle and notepad
- Yoga mats, bolsters and chairs are available in the studio
- Healthy snacks are provided
