A simple yet powerful breath and meditation practice for adults, students, and gamers to delete stress and upregulate calm focus.

About this event

It's a stressful time. For many, it's getting harder and harder to find the calm, find the focus, and find the happiness. We know focus is key while working, studying or just to compete the basics, but how do we find it in the middle of all this stress?

By using something as simple as your breathing, you can tap into what's already inside by recalibrating your breath patterns. With a well curated playlist, certified breath and meditation instructor Marie Bodine guides you through a journey that rebalances, refocuses and destresses your body and mind within minutes. At the end of this event your thoughts switch from stressed to calm, doubt to confidence, and from fear to love. Over time practice work improves, test scores will change, and things begin to rebalance. These breath exercises are used by Navy SEALS to build focused alertness and are incredibly effective to reset the entire body system.

No prior experience is necessary. Have a pillow, blanket and glass of water nearby. A zoom link will be emailed to you 2 hours before your event begins. This is a super easy and fun class! To respect the participants, latecomers will not be admitted after 5 minutes, and just like most events your ticket is non refundable.
