Writing is an excellent way to process your thoughts, and clairify your mind. In many ways, writing, drawing, and/or hobbies is essential to our mental health during the long winter months.
This workshop will walk you through the beautification steps to desiging your own journal, so you can start writing down your dreams, hopes, and fears in a supoortive space. While we create, there will be an opportunity to discuss the connections between writing, mental health, and overall wellness in a digital world.
