Nancy will be intertwining her breath work and somatics throughout the weekend. This woman is a true warrior and often shares her powerful, inspiring journey. Through her workshops, we will all begin to find that calm, compassion and confidence within.

Joelle is our creative, nature-loving soul. She will be guiding us on that self-love journey and she will be guiding us to connect with nature with her forest bathing. She will be capturing the group of WILD WOMEN with her amazing photography skills as they connect to themselves, each other and nature.

We begin our days with movement mornings with Brenda. Her style of coaching is like no other. Brenda strives in creating a safe, inclusive space for all bodies. As an expert in her field, Brenda brings us such an amazing morning workshop and gives us many tips on how to carry this movement and mobility into the rest of our lives.

Elise is new to the retreat! She is a goddess like no other. The knowledge this woman holds within her soul has the means to change anyone's life. Elise will be guiding us on a journey of the masculine and feminine, the balance we all seek in our lives. She may even take us on a meditative journey or two!

So what is the Self-love Photoshoot being offered by Joelle Bourque?

SELF-LOVE GROUP PHOTOSHOOT

At the retreat, you will have the opportunity to be part of Joelle’s group self-love photo shoot.

Joelle will be guiding us through a self-love meditation to ground us and connect us to nature, each other and, most importantly, ourselves.

Joelle will then help us create art from our natural bodies and sisterhood. This is an experience like no other!

There will be 3 options for the photo shoot (take part in one or all 3)

1: Fully clothed group photoshoot

2: Black undergarments or black swimwear.

3: Fully nude group photoshoot

Each night we will have something fun in store. We will gather and dance the night away on Saturday night under the stars. We will celebrate our WILD souls and embrace who we truly are, without judgment or the worry of what others may think.
