Event Details

Whoosh!! Do you feel the pace and weight of September coming on? Feeling a little 'crazy busy'?  Perhaps a tiny bit overwhelmed? Welcome to the "Season of Rush"! Busy is an all-year-round affair but something about September....

Well, I've got just the right anti-dote for you to help you navigate this busy season....with more ease. Welcome to the first of my Ease Talks series! Short and sweet - ease-y to access, telephone-based (and free for this round!) and a great investment of just a bit of your precious time.

"Finding Ease in Times of Crazy Busy" is a series of Tele-talks facilitated by Eileen Chadnick, principal of Big Cheese Coaching and author of "Ease: Manage Overwhelm in Times of 'Crazy Busy'.

The first part of this series will be comprised of three different telephone-based talks plus one bonus session (note the three dates below). Sign up for one or all three!

Finding Ease will shed new awareness, understanding and powerful 'tools' and tips to help you navigate times of 'crazy busy' with more ease. The themes come from from Eileen's book, Ease. Expect to get a lot of solid insights backed by neuroscience, positivity and EQ. You will take away 'ease-y' and applicable strategies, and enjoy a bunch of fun and inspiration too. If you feel inclined, after these first few sessions, you will be invited (without any obligation) to register for Part II where we will dive deeper into the Positivity Advantage (more to come on that).

Here's what Part I looks like:

SESSION #1: "Finding Ease"....Intro Class (Tuesday, August 26th at 12:30pm - 1:30 pm ET):

Highlights: This session sets up the rest of the series - it's jam packed with great content and works as a 'stand-alone' seminar too. To get you ready for the heavy loads that come with September, we'll deconstruct overwhelm, identify  key brain-freeze triggers,  and learn three essential conditions for mitigating 'bye-bye' thinking capacity' . We will identify some best practices and good habits to enhance 'brain-ability' , personal wellbeing and  personal mojo -- to help you in times of 'crazy busy'. And we will get you ready for the rest of the series if you choose to continue.

NOTE: This registration covers the first session only. You will need to register for each of the events separately. The descriptions for the other complimentary sessions in this series are below for your reference and we hope to see you there too!

SESSION #2: "Mind FULL? Work With the Brain in Mind" (Tuesday, September 9 at 12:30pm-1:30pm ET):

Highlights: A little neuroscience savvy can never hurt! Learn some essential brain 'must-knows' and 'ease-y' strategies to work with the brain and avoid the 'bogged down, brain FULL' syndrome. The payoff? More focus, energy and better thinking - and less stress!

SESSION #3: "Focus and Flow" (Tuesday, September 23 at 12:30pm -1:30pm ET ):

Highlights: Learn why you need to tame the multitasking beast and the benefit of bringing more focus and flow into your day. Too busy? No worries - we'll explore 'ease-y' strategies to do that even when the loads are heavy and the time feels scarce.

BONUS SESSION! "Get to Sleep!" (NOTE: This is an evening class. 7:30-8:30pm ET)

Highlights: Zzzz...having trouble getting to sleep -- or staying asleep? Get in your 'jammies' and dial in for some ideas and tips to help you ease into the fall with better sleep habits.

Note: The series will continue with Part II "The Positivity Advantage" (3 more sessions) later this fall (most likely in October). Further details about Part II to be announced soon.

A Few Things You Should Know About Part I....(besides the wonderful fact that it's free!)

1) Teleconference Format:  Upon registration you will receive a phone number and a special code. You will need this to dial into the call.

2) Long Distance: If you don't have access to long-distance - no problem! Snag yourself a calling card and you can dial in....easy, sneazy and affordable too!

3) Can't Make All the Calls? No problem - you can register for each of them and join the sessions that you can. Also - we'll be doing our best to record the calls and can make them available to those who have registered after the calls.

4) Recordings: worth repeating - the sessions will likely be recorded so if you miss one, you can get access to the recording and be part of the learning.

5) Privacy and Participation: You get to decide how much or how little you want to participate. Most of the sessions will include a bunch of solid facilitator content delivery AND some time for interaction with the attendees. You can decide whether or not you would like to participate in the interaction. And if you do, you may also choose to determine how you would like to self identify (i.e. by first name or full - completely your choice! No lists will be disseminated).

6) Reading Material: Duh...but of course!  - I highly encourage you to get yourself a copy of Ease. But it's not mandatory - just a good suggestion to complement the learning. You can snag a copy (very affordable) in print, hard cover or e-book. See here for online retailers.

7) Cost: Yes, the first few sessions in this series are on me! I've put together this program and invite you to participate - at no charge. For the first three sessions (plus one bonus) you pay nada! All you need to invest is a bit of your time and a lot of your interest. Bring your curiosity and learner mindset. By the way, I can't promise that I'll offer this again on a complimentary basis. So get on board and if you do, you will be well set for the September rush -- and also have a great foundation should you choose to participate in Part II (scheduled for October)

Got more questions - get in touch! And check out more info at the Ease website.

Look forward to seeing you there and learning to 'Find Ease' together in times of crazy busy!
