Event description

#FinInTech is Luminari's initiative to help early-stage Canadian startups become massively successful by providing access to the financial know-how they often lack.

#FinInTech is proudly sponsored by Xero. Beautiful accounting software.

Welcome to “Venture Foundations”, the first module in the #FinInTech Learning Series. This course is 2 hours long and is verifiable CPD Hours!

Whether you’re a hardcore start-up geek or just interested in the companies that are changing our world, the Venture Foundations course will give you

The practical ability to walk into a start-up and immediately be an effective contributor.

Luminari’s #FinInTech Learning modules are not university classes. They’re practical learning sessions developed and taught by authoritative industry leaders. These are people who do this every day and they’re going to teach you how to do it.

The Venture Foundations module covers the entire breadth of start-up basics. You’ll walk out being familiar with the concepts that govern start-up life. The remaining modules that make up the #FinInTech Venture Certificate will go deep across a number of domains (see full list of upcoming modules below).

Bonus; it's verifiable CPD hours!

Note: There will be a discount for attending the whole series of courses. People who sign up for the first course will be eligible for the discount, and more details will be communicated to you at the first training session.
