David Brebner is a Co-Founder and CFO of Mobials Inc., a software development company innovating software that makes vehicle ownership and shopping transparent and stress-free.

David has numerous investments in a variety of sectors including software, residential mortgages, fintech, and commercial real estate.

David’s breadth of historical clients in various industries and his own entrepreneurial activities provide a foundation of knowledge and experiences to support the financial, accounting, governance and structural aspects of Mobials. 

Chris Dowding, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP in Southwestern Ontario. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, Chris works closely with private clients helping them increase profitability at all levels, drive growth and minimize both corporate and personal taxes.

Chris has significant audit and accounting experience in Canadian and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), group audit and tax planning and compliance. He works with organizations in a wide range of industries, including: technology, media and telecommunications; real estate; manufacturing and professional services; and the not-for-profit sector, helping them achieve enhanced success.
