Host of the Fish Bowl Comedy Show, Tarah Buchanan, started doing standup comedy in Toronto in 2014 and hasn’t looked back. She has performed on stages from NY to LA, hosted the SNL cast at the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in June 2022 and will be celebrating her show’s 3 Year Anniversary in August 2024. This girl has an unbreakable spirit and is proof of what small incremental improvements everyday can add up to!

“I wish there was a show like this when I was coming up in comedy…” Tarah runs the only open mic comedy show in Calgary that pays every comedian on the show for their time, “ten bucks means bus fare, a diet coke and enough to tip your wait staff generously!”
