Sarah Detre is a Certified Personal Trainer and Counsellor at Carleton University where she works with adolescents and adults who are facing anxiety and depression. Sarah will cover the importance of keeping mentality and physically fit during the holiday season, so that you don't crash and burn yourself out. She will discuss some simple tools like self-care, mindfulness and easy exercises that anyone at any fitness level can complete. Diet has a major impact on both mental and physical health, Sarah Morin will discuss the importance of maintaining a healthy diet during the holidays. The Sarah's will offer you tips and tricks on how to incorporate some simple changes to help you survive the holiday buffets and soar into the New Year a healthier version of yourselves.
