GoodLife Fitness is teaming up with Southcentre Mall to offer a week of free group fitness classes to our valued shoppers. Group fitness classes are an excellent way to get started on the right path to a healthy good life. Experienced and certified fitness instructors will guide you through a curated sample of fitness classes for all skill levels. Try one today, and bring a friend! Must be 16 and up to participate.
How to register? Just RSVP beforehand through Eventbrite, wear your workout gear, bring your water bottle, (and a mat for yoga classes) and get ready to sweat!
***Classes will be located in The Inner Circle of Southcentre Mall. There will be awesome door prizes, retailer sampling and swag bags to reward you after each workout so plan to hang around afterwards!***
Monday October 17th 6:30pm to 7:30pm - NEWBODY
Come enjoy a NewBody workout to train using low impact movements. This class offers two cardio components and two strength training components. Strength training will simulate functional training to be successful in our everyday lives and you will work with cardio components to train your heart health. Because it’s low impact there is no jumping, but that does not mean low intensity!! One of GoodLife's exclusive programs developed by the CEO of Group Fitness, a master in the industry, Mo Hagen.
Tuesday October 18th 6:30pm to 7:30pm - ZUMBA®
The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone! The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango. Great for all fitness levels!
Wednesday October 19th 6:30pm to 7:30pm - YOGAFIT
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness and wellness. Based on ancient yoga traditions it blends balance, strength and flexibility in a fitness format (warm up, strength building, cool down). YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style that is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of physical fitness practice. The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension. Don't forget to bring your own mat!

Hatha Yoga is a powerful class to work with your mind and body. Controlled breathing while maintaining poses will allow one to find inner strength and discipline. Come try Hatha Yoga and see which place it leads you to, whether it’s in your mind, body or soul! Don't forget to bring your own mat!
