About this Event
This 45 minute workout is designed to challenge the muscles that support good posture and body alignment. We will begin with a gentle warm up and continue through a series of exercises with the intention of strengthening the muscles required to help you perform daily, repetitive tasks, pain free. By increasing your body awareness, strength and endurance we hope to reduce the incidence of acute and chronic injuries. The workout closes with a relaxing full body stretch and breath work. You will need a sturdy chair, unrestrictive clothing, a mat or carpeted area, a towel and a clear space to move. Options for adding other resistance tools to enhance the intensity will also be explained.
