Get ready to tear down obstacles of the mind and body.

Fitset has created a 50,000 square ft obstacle course to test your skills and endurance. We have routes for all levels from beginner to OCR Athlete Racer. Learn our obstacles from expert instructors and record your score during a time trial heats! Cross-Train your fitness by attending weekly pop-up fitness classes provided by local Fitset Partner studios.

We haven’t forgot the little ones either. We have a kids obstacle course and child minding zone ( (ages 5+) to drop off the little ones while you do a fitness class or shop. Great fun for kids and adults alike!

Get Full Access to the Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course and Kids Course for a single day or purchase a 5 or 10 visit pack. Drop in early to warm up, practice the obstacles and get some expert instruction before participating in a full on Ninja Warrior Time Trial Heat. Record your time and challenge yourself to beat it later in the month. All passes includes admission into any Fitness Pop-Up classes that day (see schedule).

Fitness Classes & Fitness POP-Up Schedule

In addition to the obstacle course we have “Obstacle Technique / Conditioning“ classes Monday-Friday at 5:30pm-6:30pm. These classes are included with a drop-in or multi-visit pass admission.

We have also curated a variety of group fitness classes running every week on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-11am beginning November 17th. Try Barre, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Strength and more with our group fitness classes led by Edmonton’s top studios and instructors. These classes are $5 to drop in or free with food bank donation. All funds collected go to the Edmonton Food Bank. RSVP FREE ON EVENTBRITE

Saturday, November 17 - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Fitset Ninja Pilates w/ Integration Pilates Studio

  • Every true ninja knows their their secret weapon is their inner strength, and their outer calm. This is what Pilates creates: true core strength, with the ease of motion of a cat. Find your core connection, align your spine, test your balance, and feel your energy flow from the inside out. Pilates is very safe for those who have neglected their inner warrior, but it is also the perfect cross training for those who are challenging their physical limits. Bring a yoga mat.

Sunday, November 18 - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Obstacle Technique & Conditioning w/ City Fit Shop

  • Learn obstacle technique mixed in with some good old fashioned conditioning from a certified obstacle course racing coach! This class is all levels whether are are new to fitness looking for a fun and engaging workout or if you are a seasoned OCR racer.

Saturday, November 24 - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Barre so hard w/ Xtend Barre Edmonton

  • Do you Barre? If not you are missing out! Come by this dynamic all-levels Barre class with top instructors from Xtend Barre Edmonton. Their signature Xtend Barre workout infuses elements of aerobics, dance and Pilates to strengthen, lengthen, and chisel the body.

Sunday, November 25 - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Circuit Blast w/ FX3 Fitness

  • Heart pumping cardio combined with strength building moves. The team at FX3 fitness has prepared a workout that is designed to keep your body guessing as to what's to come...so...be prepared for fun, full body workout BLAST!

Saturday, December 1st - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Super Circuit Saturdays w/ SNT Fitness

  • Get ready for the ultimate Saturday sweat session. This will be a full body functional strength class that will leave you feeling exhausting and sweaty. Don’t miss out…It’s Super Circuit Saturday!!!

Sunday, December 2nd - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Intensity w/ Hive Fit Co

  • Intensity is a HIIT class structured to include both body strength and cardio. This isn’t your average strength based class – it goes above and beyond by also incorporating a ton of cardio. It’s really the ideal full body workout.

Saturday, December 8th- 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - SWEAT w/ Little Sweatshop

  • One word. SWEAT! Our friends at Little Sweat Shop are going to lead a fun, cardio based class that will be sure to leave you, well…SWEATY.

Sunday, December 9th - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - METTA w/ Metta Yoga Edmonton (formerly Moksha Yoga)

  • Do you know what Metta means? Come find out with a class yoga class that will refresh, revitalize and tune your body into what it really needs. This will be a good one, trust us!

Saturday, December 15th - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Buddha Yoga w/ Buddha Belly Yoga & Wellness

  • Join our friends at Buddha Belly Yoga & Wellness for a revitalizing yoga class. Take a break from the obstacles, christmas shopping and all the go-go-go to take some time for yourself through this 60 minute all-levels class.

Sunday, December 16th - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - Viking HIIT w/ Anytime Fitness Kingsway

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This class will be lead by our friends at Anytime Fitness and will leave you with Viking Strength after completion. The class is open to all levels and movements are scalable to all fitness levels.

FRIDAY, December 21st - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Glow Barre w/ B-Studio YEG

  • Who is ready to GLOW!!! Barre is a low impact high intensity workout which incorporates many fitness elements into one discipline. It combines the best parts of Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga, as well as weight training and cardiovascular movements into one cohesive full-body workout. This class will leave you feeling toned, strengthened, and mobile! Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, we’ll bring the glow-stick

Saturday, December 22nd - 10:00 AM 11:00 AM - DJ Moveball & TRX

  • It’s almost Christmas so why not get one more great workout in? We will be pumping both your heart rate and the beats with live DJ Navasia keeping the music going strong. The team from 4 Points Health and Wellness have created aunique circuit class that incorporates both Moveball & TRX. This class will be all levels and all that is required is clean running shoes, a water bottle and your smiling face!
