The Flavour of the Month Club (FMC) is a confidential, online discussion hosted by food trends and innovation thought leader Dana McCauley.

These monthly conversations will bring together small groups (6 to 12) of food business professionals to discuss the latest trends, start conversations and problem solve as a group.

FMC sessions are for people who miss the water cooler, conference cocktail parties and other places where we used to gather to discuss the food business, start collaborations and trade ideas.

Each FMC session will start with a 10 to 15 minute presentation by a subject matter expert on a current topic she thinks food pros should know more about. The rest of the session will consist of unstructured round table discussions.

Please note: FMC meetings will be closed and never recorded or shared. Attendees will pledge to keep the details of other members conversations stictly confidential
