Flow and Restore Yoga

Please come and experience Flow and Restore Yoga each and every Monday at Sunalta Community Association. Everyone is welcome.

Feel free to bring your own mat and props, or borrow ours.

Yoga is by donation. We want you to be able to practice with us, without cost being a barrier.

Free parking is available in the lot beside the Sunalta Community Centre, and we are located 1 block from the Sunalta C Train station.

This explorative Vinyasa style class will focus on traditional intention; movement aligned with breath, as well as modern sequencing adapted for today's stresses.
